SUNDAY Small Groups - 9:00 AM
God designed us for relationships with one another where we will find encouragement and prayer support in our spiritual journey - and don't we need it these days?!
At Calvary Church, we believe this design is best lived out through the small group experience where relationships can be established and nurtured.

BIBLE SEEKERS CLASS (Room 303)
Leaders: Russ & Bev Marsh
Study: Revelation
Focus: A study of the only Bible book that PROMISES a blessing for those who study it. The Revelation in this book was made by God the Father to Christ the Son and then shown to the Apostle John so that he could encourage first-century Christians during times of persecution. It can encourage us today as well. The study material will be the book itself allowed to "unveil" itself, free of commercial drama and contemporary speculation.

THE BEREAN CLASS (Room 304)
Leaders: Jay & Krysha Scott
Study: Blessed—Experiencing the Promise of the Book of Revelation by Nancy Guthrie
Focus: Our class will continue to study the book of Revelation, exploring its call to patient endurance as God’s sovereign plans for judgment and salvation are worked out in the world.
This book shows that Revelation is less about when Jesus will return and more about who we are to be, what we are to do, and what we can expect to endure as we wait for Jesus to return to establish his kingdom in the new creation. We are a discussion based class and agree to disagree and ultimately say WE DON’T KNOW when it comes to the end other than we agree GOD wins and His people.

YOUNG ADULTS CLASS (Room 104)
Leader: Cindy Hodge
Study: When Your Way Isn't Working by Kyle Idleman
Focus: In some of his final words to his closest friends, Jesus didn't suggest a five-year plan for success or a checklist of things to do. Instead, he offered a metaphor about what the good life really looks like: I am the vine. You are the branches. Abide in me. In other words, No matter what happens next, the most important thing is to stay connected to me.
In When Your Way Isn't Working, pastor and bestselling author Kyle Idleman offers a unique exploration of John 15 for all of us who are going through the motions and feel frustrated. Idleman reminds us that it's connection, not production, that leads to a fruitful life—relationships, not circumstances, that bring joy.
