MARK HODGE CELEBRATION OF LIFE SERVICE

Mark Thomas Hodge, age 63, of Cordova, Tennessee, passed away on July 11, 2026. He was born on July 20, 1962 in Maysville, Kentucky. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, son and friend. Mark will be remembered for his kindness, encouragement, leadership and joy that he personified daily.
He is survived by his father Thomas Hodge (Susie) and his mother Janice Day Austin, his wife Cindy, his children Cameron and Taylor, his granddaughter Eliza Mae, his siblings Angel Halstead (Herb) and sister-in-law Brenda Specht and many nieces, nephews and extended family members and dear friends, as well as his beloved dog, Ginger. He was preceded in death by his brother, Lt. Col. Kelley Hodge.
Mark served faithfully as the worship pastor at a number of churches across the nation for forty plus years. His longest and final assignment was twenty-three years here at Calvary Church of the Nazarene in Memphis, Tennessee.
His Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Calvary Church of the Nazarene, 1851 N. Houston Levee Rd., Cordova, TN 38016 at 2:00 pm. Visitation will be from 12:30 - 2:00 pm. The service will be livestreamed on Facebook and on Youtube. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Calvary Church.
