Calendar Request Form
If you would like to have an event placed on the church calendar please fill out the CALENDAR REQUEST FORM as completely as possible and then click "Submit". Confirmation is granted through the Church Office and is final only upon Ministry Staff approval. This event will be recorded on the official church calendar. Please notify the church office of any changes to this event.
PLEASE NOTE: you would be responsible for all set-up, tear down and clean up. You must supply your own paper goods and decorations. Custodial staff is not available for set-up or clean-up except by private arrangement.
